Martin Acres & 80303 Neighborhoods

Historically, Martin Acres was built in the 1950's, on an old apple farm! Additionally, the original Martin farmhouse is still visible today.

This neighborhood is in Southeast Boulder, with scenic views of the flatirons and populated with parks. The Table Mesa Shopping Center is a staple close to the neighborhood, containing food markets, a brewpub, and countless places to eat. These days there is a nice mix of college renters, due to the proximity to the University of Colorado Boulder, as well as families returning to the neighborhood to call it home. It is also one of the more affordable parts of Boulder!
